How much does it cost to join The Option? 

There is a small one-time onboarding fee to join the platform. We operate on a revenue-sharing model, which means we only succeed when you do. Details are discussed during the discovery call.

Do I still run my own business?

Yes! You stay in control of your brand, clients, and business decisions. We’re simply the leverage and support behind the scenes.

Can I keep working with my current agents?

Absolutely. Our goal is to help you serve your existing clients even better, while also helping you scale your client base if that’s your goal.

Do I get to approve or decline the leads you send me?

  • Yes. You always have the final say on which agents you work with. We provide warm referrals, but you decide who fits your business. 

Is there a contract or commitment?

We have a simple agreement that outlines our partnership terms and expectations. There is no long-term lock-in, but we do ask for a genuine commitment to growing together.

How quickly can I start after signing up?

Most partners are onboarded and live within 2-4 weeks. 

What kind of virtual assistant support do I get?

You’ll be matched with a trained VA who supports you with administrative and file management tasks. We handle training, oversight, and performance. 

Do I need to change my systems or CRM?

Yes and No. You will use our system for file management and will have access to use our CRM. However, if you choose to continue in your current CRM, that’s ok too.

Do you offer any coaching or training?

Yes. We offer ongoing strategic coaching and training to help you grow, set goals, hire help, and avoid burnout.

How do you help with marketing?

Our team creates branded materials, social media campaigns, and outreach tools tailored to your brand to help you attract and retain more agents. Plus, The Option is always running their own lead generation systems to help grow your business.
