Empowering TCs Retreat: A Celebration of Collaboration and Growth

Nestled in the serene beauty of Pigeon Forge, the Empowering TCs Retreat was more than just a gathering, it was a movement. A movement to uplift, inspire, and equip Transaction Coordinators (TCs) with the tools, mindset, and community they need to thrive. As Ashley Miller of Coach with Ash, I had the privilege of co-hosting this transformative event alongside Mandy Redinger and the incredible team at List to Close. Together, we created an experience that embodied the very essence of what The Option Leverage Platform stands for: empowerment, collaboration, and growth.

The Power of Partnership

When Mandy first invited us to this retreat, we knew it had to be more than just another event. It had to be a space where women could come together, not just to learn, but to connect on a deeper level. Partnering with List to Close was a natural fit. Mandy’s expertise in streamlining real estate operations and my passion for coaching visionary female entrepreneurs created a synergy that was palpable throughout the retreat.

The Option Leverage Platform, at its core, is about removing barriers and creating opportunities. It’s about giving TCs the resources they need to scale their businesses without burnout, and this retreat was a living, breathing example of that mission. From workshops on strategic planning to candid conversations about the challenges of entrepreneurship, every moment was designed to empower these incredible women to take their businesses and their lives to the next level.

Yet, they rarely get the recognition, or the support they deserve. That’s why this retreat was so important. It was a chance to shine a spotlight on these powerhouse professionals and give them the tools, community, and confidence to keep pushing forward.

For me, this retreat was also deeply personal. As someone who has walked the path of entrepreneurship, I know how isolating it can feel at times. That’s why I’m so passionate about creating spaces where women can come together, share their stories, and lift each other up. Because when women support women, incredible things happen.

A Glimpse Into the Retreat

From the moment the attendees arrived, there was an energy in the air. A sense of possibility and excitement. We kicked off the retreat with a welcome dinner, where laughter and stories flowed as freely as the wine. Over the next few days, we dove into workshops, discussions, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Topics ranged from mastering workflows and leveraging technology to cultivating a growth mindset and building a personal brand.

But it wasn’t all work. We also made time for fun and connection, whether it was getting a massage while looking out to the stunning Smoky Mountains or simply enjoying a cup of coffee together on the porch. These moments of connection were just as important as the workshops because they reminded us all that we’re not alone on this journey.

At the heart of The Option Leverage Platform is a simple but powerful idea: when we invest in people, we all win. This retreat was a testament to that philosophy. As I reflect on the retreat, I’m filled with gratitude. Gratitude for Mandy and the List to Close team, for their partnership and vision. Gratitude for the incredible women who showed up, ready to reset, grow, and connect. And gratitude for the opportunity to do work that truly makes a difference.
