Listing Input Services
Let us assist you in getting your client's home live on the MLS with the correct documentation, great photos, and compelling descriptions! This is paid at the time the property goes live on the MLS.
- Review the listing agreement for accuracy and compliant issues.
- Ensure appropriate addendums are attached and accounted for. Ensure all seller's disclosures are completed and provided.
- Detailed and correct MLS data input for the property. The coordinator must have a signed listing agreement before any data is input into MLS.
- Arrange property photos and create or proof listing descriptions; set up showing instructions
Listing Management Services
- Review the listing agreement for accuracy and compliant issues.
- Ensure appropriate addendums are attached and accounted for. Ensure a seller's disclosures are completed and provided.
- Detailed and correct MLS data input for the property. The coordinator must have a signed listing agreement before any data is input into MLS.
- Arrange property photos and create or proof listing descriptions; set up showing instructions
- Create/Order (2) property flyers or (1) brochure; Create social media graphics for all stages of the transaction.
- Scheduling staging, pre-inspections, photos, sign placement etc. with calendar invites to Agent and Client.
- Showing feedback requests, within 24 hours of showing and weekly report summaries to agent and client.
